Hyderabad: Two minors were reported missing from different places, Miyapur and Jubilee Hills police said on Thursday.
The first case was of a 17-year-old student who left home citing mental health concerns. He left a note stating that his intention was to be away for two to three years and not search for him.
Despite his family’s attempts, they could not find him and reached out to the police.
In the second case, a 10-year-old boy from Kakinada, who was dropped at his home, went missing. The child had been sent unaccompanied by his grandmother, in the care of a driver Rajesh. Police said that Rajesh dropped the child at the complainant’s residence in Miyapur.
On November 22, the child went missing from home; he was last seen playing in the house late on Wednesday. Authorities said that they were actively investigating both cases, and anyone with information is urged to come forward with the respective police stations.
