Hyderabad: The SHE teams have booked as many as 17 cases in the last three weeks against eve teasers in the city.
The team apprehended 13 respondents, including a minor. All of them were counselled at the Commissioner’s office in LB Nagar.
In August 2017, a 25-year-old woman residing at Neredmet was sexually harassed by Rajiv Reddy, 27, whom she met online.
In May 2018, Rajiv took the girl to Kompally and raped her after she did not accept his proposal.
SHE team also conducted decoy operations in June at Vanasthalipuram after a 14-year-old girl complained of being stalked.
The SHE team conducted the decoy operation at Lenin Nagar of Meerpet and nabbed the stalker from there.
