Karnataka PU paper leak: CID summons heads of 14 colleges
Bengaluru: The Criminal Investigation Department (CID), which is investigating the II PU Chemistry question paper leak, has zeroed in on 14 colleges and tutorials, most of them from Kolar district that may have had a role in the leak of the chemistry paper.
The CID sleuths have summoned the heads and principals of these educational institutions from Malur taluk in Kolar, from where the paper seems to have been leaked and later circulated on Whatsapp throughout the state, CID sources said.
CID sleuths have also summoned PU Board officials to understand the examination process and to find out loopholes in the system that led to the leak. PU officials at the examination centres and officials responsible for transporting the question papers are also under the CID scanner.
