Hyderabad: A school teacher was arrested by the LB Nagar police for allegedly showing porn videos to a boy and molesting him. Saji Dev Varma, 39, who teaches physics at Janapriya Techno School at Nagole, used to take the student to an isolated place in the school and assault him.
Parents of the victim told the police that he was assaulting the boy for 20 days.
“The parents alleged that the teacher showed porn to their son multiple times in the past. We have registered a case against the teacher under The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) 2012 against the offender,” said P. Kasi Reddy, Inspector of LB Nagar.
