Both have been shifted for counseling to NIMHANS and will later be sent to a state-run girls home before they are handed over to an NGO for reuniting them with their parents, police sources said.

During the inquiry, the accused told the sleuths that the girls were lured to Bengaluru by promising them jobs in beauty parlours and convincing them that they could earn a lot of money.

The three persons who were arrested are Kajol Khan, 23, a native of Bihar, Jannath, 23, native of Mumbai and Praveen Kumar from Bihar. The sleuths seized mobile phones, laptops, a diary along with cash of Rs 1,000 and condoms from the spot.
