Three persons, Md Shabazuddin Siddique, Khaja Riyazuddin and Syed Keliya Paraha, had created fake papers claiming ownership.
Hyderabad: Two persons who created fake documents on a plot of land and attempted to grab it were convicted by a court on Friday. The court imprisoned the duo for a year and imposed a penalty of Rs 4,000 each.
A case was registered at Kushaiguda police in 2013, on the complaint of one Mubarak Awad Al Kesari, 61, that he owns land at Indiranagar in Meerpet. Three persons, Md Shabazuddin Siddique, Khaja Riyazuddin and Syed Keliya Paraha, had created fake papers claiming ownership.
The police had registered a case and after investigation the accused were chargesheeted before 19th Metropolitan Magistrate Court.
