Public help sought to nab Karnataka PU paper leak accused
Bengaluru: Continuing their probe into the second PU question paper leak case, the sleuths of Criminal Investigation Department (CID), have now appealed to the public to pass information about the fugitive accused Narayan, an industrialist who allegedly bought question paper from accused Kiran alais Kumaraswamy.
The officials have shared their number 080-22094498 and have urged the people to share or pass any information regarding Narayan. Further, the police have also warned that legal action will be initiated against those providing shelter to him. The police have further assured that the informants' identity will be kept anonymous.
During the probe it had come to light that Narayan’s son, and the children of other accused, Obalaraju and Rudresh, had got trained in Narayan’s bungalow in Sadashivanagar a day before the exams.
When Kiran was questioned he had revealed where all the racketeers held classes to prepare the students, whose parents had purchased the question paper. Based on the statements made by Kiran, Narayan’s house was raided.
