Hyderabad: Unable to bear the intense back pain caused by kidney stones, a woman committed suicide by hanging at her residence in Marutinagar of Amberpet on Saturday morning. Police said she had informed her sister before committing suicide.
The victim was identified as K. Kalyani, 28. She was married to one K. Shiva and the couple had two children. “She was diagnosed with stones in her kidney and was taking treatment for a few weeks. Unable to bear the back pain caused by the kidney stones, she decided to take the extreme step on Saturday morning and informed her sister,” said Amberpet inspector A.P. Anand Kumar.
