Bengaluru: A 20 year old mentally disabled woman was allegedly raped by her uncle for over eight months in Hosakote police station limits.The incident came to light when the victim started complaining about stomach pain and her parents took her to a hospital.
The doctors revealed that she has been repeatedly raped and was eight months pregnant. Though the case was registered on January 14, the incident came to light now.
The accused has been identified as Ejaj Pasha, 45, a resident of Nidaghatta in Hosakote. According to the police, Pasha is her mother’s younger brother who stayed next door. He took advantage of her disability and used to rape her while her parents were away at work. The Hosakote police have registered a case and arrested the accused.
