Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada police have arrested three more people in connection with Sharath Madiwala murder case.
According to sources, the three have been arrested for supporting and giving shelter to the assailants of Sharath Madiwala.
Sharath, an RSS activist, was attacked by unknown people at his Udaya Laundry at BC Road on around 9.30 pm July 4. He died on July 7.
The three arrested are Rahim Alady (32), Saleh alias Swaleh (27) and Sadiq Pasha (35). The superintendent of police said that the arrested will be produced in court.
“We will take custody of Swaleh for further investigation,” he said. With these arrests, the total number of arrests has gone up to eight. The main accused are yet be arrested.
