Hyderabad: Shops torched for fun', cop's son nabbed

Hyderabad: Police on Tuesday nabbed two students, including the son of a senior police officer, for their alleged involved in a fire mishap at Monda market in the earlu hours of Tuesday.
Police said the youth, after consuming alcohol in Nagole, came to Monda market on a bike and set a shop on fire.
According to sources, the youth were identified as Nishith and Chiranjeevi. Police said that at around 3.30 am on Tuesday, fire broke out in one of the footwear shops located behind the Apha Hotel and soon spread to a textile shop beside it.
Two fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the fire was brought under control.
“We have taken two suspects into custody,” an official said.
