Hyderabad: Man with carcasses of two deer, three rabbits and 22 quails nabbed

Police identified the accused as Syed Zameer, 32, of Jahanuma, and said his associate Mohd Ali, 25, was absconding.
Syed Zameer was found possessing the carcasses of two deers.
Hyderabad: A butcher working in Murgi Chowk was found in possession of carcasses of two deer, three rabbits and 22 quails and arrested by the Commissioner’s Task Force, East, on Tuesday.
Police identified the accused as Syed Zameer, 32, of Jahanuma, and said his associate Mohd Ali, 25, was absconding. Zameer, who has been running his meat shop for a decade, had been arrested by the forest department in a similar case on April 18, 2017.
Police said Zameer came in contact with one Mohd Ali of Osmanbagh, Bahadurpura, who asked him to help selling meat of wild animals, said Task Force additional DCP S. Chaitanya Kumar.
Mohd Ali, who is absconding, supplies the meat of these animals which Zameer sells from his residence, police said.
