Hyderabad: A 28-year-old man working as a delivery boy was mowed down by an unidentified vehicle near Inorbit Mall when he was crossing the road on Tuesday.
According to Madhapur police, the victim, Jitendra Kumar, a resident of Chand-ranayak hamlet in Madhapur, was working as a delivery boy for Amazon and Swiggy.
At 1 pm on Tuesday, Kumar was near Inorbit Mall to deliver some goods. He parked his bike on the side of the road and was crossing it when an unidentified vehicle dashed against him. Kumar received a severe head injury. The passersby alerted the police and rushed him to Maxcure hospital where the doctors declared him dead.
