Hyderabad: Chikkadpally police of Hyderabad city registered a case against a group of youngsters who created ruckus and vandalised at Sudarshan theatre during the screening of actor Prabhas starrer Yogi movie’s re-release.
SHO Chikkadpally P Naresh said that five persons have been identified and they are residents of a neighbouring locality Batukammakunta.
On Friday afternoon, during the matinee show, the youths, all friends who were in an inebriated state, created nuisance and then damaged the furniture at the theatre. They quarrelled over a petty argument, the police found.
On a complaint from the theatre management, police rushed the spot and detained the youngsters. Further investigation is underway, they said.
