Hyderabad: West Zone police arrested three 17-year-old boys, who allegedly committed burglaries in different areas of the city.
The suspects also stole and sold two-wheelers. Police said the trio burgled houses in Chilkalguda, SR Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Jagathgirigutta, Chandanagar and Kukat-pally areas in the city.
The three juvenile boys stole two wheelers by using duplicate keys and burgled houses by breaking open locks on the front door with an iron rod, police said.
Police recovered 55 grams of gold and Rs 1 lakh from them. Police said the boys started stealing and selling bikes to enjoy luxuries.
Once money ran out, they started breaking into houses to steal gold and cash. Recently they targeted two houses in SR Nagar, police said.
