Hyderabad: A woman committed suicide by hanging on Saturday afternoon in Vanasthalipuram after a fight with her husband over financial issues.
S. Murali Mohan, inspector of Vanasthalipuram police station identified the deceased as T. Eshwari, 32, a housewife, who was married to Venkat Reddy, 35, a driver.
“Eshwari had a fight with Venkat Reddy on Saturday over the couple’s finances. Following the fight, Venkat went out to wash his vehicle and when he returned, he noticed his wife’s body hanging from the ceiling,” said the official. A case has been registered at the Vanasthalipuram police station under Section 174 of the Cr.PC.
