Bengaluru: A FIR has been lodged at Bangalore Metropolitan Task Force (BMTF) against Rajarajeshwari Nagar Zone Assistant Commissioner Sarvar Merchant and ARO Jayamma for their alleged involvement in illegally converting an acre of revenue property to A Khata.
Former BBMP corporator N.R. Ramesh in his complaint to BMTF has said that both Sarvar and Jayamma had illegally converted 28,000 sqft revenue property to A khata of survey number 1/2 in Vajarahalli in Hemmigepur ward. He further said, they had carried out all the procedures by misusing the office for personal benefits and taken huge amount from a private firm for which they converted the property.
The BMTF has registered a case under KMC Act 441 and various sections of IPC.
