Hyderabad: Two chain-snatchers who snatched a three tola gold chain from a housewife at Malakpet in 2014, were sentenced to three years imprisonment. The XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate pronounced the judgement against Syed Sayeed Hussain and Mirza Azmath Ali Baig.
Hussain, 27, a cell phone mechanic from Jahanuma and Baig, 22, working at a grinding store, robbed 48-year-old housewife T. Sunanda, while she was walking home. On Thursday, the court gave the judgement after examining witnesses and hearing arguments.
