Hyderabad: SBI cashier killed in road mishap

Hyderabad: A cashier working with SBI, a former Indian Air Force employee, who was heading home on a bike was killed when a speeding RTC bus being driven by a temporary driver rammed into his bike near No. 6 junction in Amberpet on Wednesday.
Amberpet sub-inspector, Ravinder, said that the victim, Ghanshyam Salunke, 45, was a resident of Chengicherla. He had worked as a mechanic with the IAF and joined the SBI after his retirement.
At around 5.30 pm, when Ghanshyam was going home on his bike, a speeding RTC bus (AP28 Z 0822) rammed into his bike. He fell down and the bus ran over him. He died on the spot. A case has been registered and a search is on to nab the driver.
