HYDERABAD: Bike-borne thieves snatched a gold chain, weighing around 2.5 tolas, from a woman at Mailardevpally on Sunday.
According to the police, the victim, Swaroopa, was walking back home at Mohan Reddy Colony Road at Mailardevpally when two persons came on a bike and snatched away her gold chain. Upon receiving information, the police reached the spot and gathered details from the victim. “We started efforts to identify and nab the offenders. Two teams were formed to trace them,” said the Mailardevpally police.
