Ajmera row: Three FIRs filed in Bengaluru
Bengaluru: A total of three First Information Reports (FIRs) have been registered in the face-off between the Ajmera Infinity residents and the builder and another group of residents from the Ajmera Villows. Two FIRs have been registered against the Infinity residents - one filed by Ajmera Villows residents for having been denied water supply, and the other FIR by an Ajmera Housing Corporation (AHC) staff against three Infinity residents for criminal intimidation and trespassing into their residential premises.
The third FIR has been registered against the builder and Ajmera Villows residents by Ajmera Infinity residents for criminal trespass into their residential premises and intimidation. Some residents of Ajmera Infinity on Saturday were taken aback after learning that an FIR has been registered against them by an AHC staff, identified as Varun Naik, accusing them of criminal intimidation and trespass into his residential premises.
The lawyer of the Infinity residents stumbled on this new development, when she visited the jurisdictional Electronic City police on Saturday. Three Ajmera Infinity residents were named in the FIR.
