Hyderabad: Medak police arrested a youth, Aslam Younus of Sangareddy, at Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s Praja Aashirwada Sabha in Narsapur on Thursday and recovered two live bullet rounds from his possession. "We have taken the suspect into custody and are investigating," said Medak SP Rohini Priyadarshani.
Sources said Aslam was an NCC cadet and had collected the rounds that were lying abandoned at a firing range that is located close to the public meeting venue. A special team was formed to visit the firing range and questioned NCC camp organizers.
