Hyderabad: The SHE team in Rachakonda apprehended 34 eve-teasers in three weeks time. Out of the 32 cases, 22 are petty cases and 10 FIRs were filed in this connection.
All the accused persons were made to attend the counselling session at commissioner camp office in Nagole along with their family members. Children were counselled by psychologists to improve their behaviour.
Besides, 30 eve-teasers were caught by the SHE team from different areas of Rachakonda while they were teasing girls at junctions, bus stops and colleges. They were given tips along with family members by members of Bhumika Collective.
The minors were counselled by Dr Vasavi Samyuktha Sunki, a psychologist.
