Hyderabad: Mahbubnagar police arrested six poachers who killed a blackbuck on the banks of the Krishna River in Narva mandal. SP P. Vishwa Prasad said, “Our teams reached the spot in the wee hours of Tuesday and arrested six people. A dead blackbuck, Rs 1 lakh, seven cell phones, one rifle, 33 rounds, a car and a tractor were seized from them,” the SP said.
The arrested poachers are Mohammad Hussain, Ferdos, M.A. Hussaini, Jameen, Fayazuddin and G. Anand belong to Mahbubnagar.
