Hyderabad: Raidurgam police registered a cheating case against Nellore MLC Vakati Narayana Reddy and two others in a land issue. A city-based doctor lodged a complaint that a realtor to whom they gave their land for development at Gachibowli, sold the property without her permission to the MLC.
Dr Padma Veerapaneni, a neuro stroke specialist, stated in her complaint that her family owned a 600 yard land in Gachibowli. In 2010, they made an agreement for land development with one R. Venkateshwar Rao, owner of RVR constructions. As per the agreement, Mr Rao was supposed to deliver the residential complex by December 2012.
