Bengaluru: Pervert held for flashing at woman who snubbed him
Bengaluru: The Bagalagunte police arrested a pervert who had flashed at a woman for ignoring him. The accused had been harassing the married woman for the past two months by making obscene gestures.
The accused, Krupa Ram, 32, who hails from Rajasthan and stays at Bagalagunte, worked at a granite shop.
According to the police, the woman filed a complaint stating that the accused, who worked near her house, was harassing her and often blocked her way and tried to talk to her. He later started making obscene gestures when she started ignoring him.
On January 4, while she was sweeping in front of her house, he stood in front of her and tried to talk to her. When she tried to avoid him, he opened his pants and flashed at her making obscene gestures. She immediately raised an alarm and by the time her husband rushed outside, he fled.
They immediately filed a complaint with the Bagalagunte police, who traced Krupa Ram and arrested him.
