Hyderabad: A video, which shows a minor boy with his hands and feet cuffed at Uppal Police Station, has gone viral. The boy in the video, another minor boy, and 25-year-old auto-rickshaw driver Palakollu Srinivas Reddy were arrested on Friday for their alleged involvement in cases of theft. The police recovered nine bikes worth Rs 5 lakh from the possession of the accused. After the arrest, one of the boys was cuffed and made to sit at the police station.
