Hyderabad: 3 caught with demonetised currency
Three suspects were caught with demonetized notes of Rs 1,000 and Rs 500.
Hyderabad: Demonetised currency worth Rs 57.5 lakh was seized by the Central Zone Commissioner’s Task Force in Hyderabad on Monday.
Three suspects were caught with demonetized notes of Rs 1,000 and Rs 500. They were planning to exchange it with agents for a commission, near the Mother Theresa Statue on St John’s Road in Regimental Bazaar.
Of the three accused, one Bomathi Suresh, a provision shop owner, came from Warangal and another accused, Manthana Ramesh, a real estate businessman, came from Mancherial district.
