Hyderabad: 2 Rajiv Gandhi International Airport staff held for bribery
Manoj was caught red handed while accepting the amount and was produced before the court, while Thakrey is absconding.

Hyderabad: The Anti-Corruption Branch of CBI booked two officers from the customs department at the Rajiv Gandhi Interna-tional Airport (RGIA) on charges of demanding bribe for issuing some necessary certificates.
According to officials, Atul Srikrishna Thak-rey, assistant director and Sh Manoj Assistant Plant Protection officer, deputed at the Plant Quarantine department at RGIA, demanded Rs 4000 as bribe from the victim to issue phytosanitary certificate for export of samples of tea cups to USA and Canada of Mytea brand.
Manoj was caught red handed while accepting the amount and was produced before the court, while Thakrey is absconding.
The case is under investigation.
