Bengaluru: Three arrested for rowdy's murder
Bengaluru: The HAL police have cracked the recent murder of a rowdy sheeter and arrested three people in this connection, while four are still at large. The accused have been identified as Saravana, who is said to be a member of Jaya Karnataka, a pro-Kannada outfit, Abhishek Christ and Aruldoss. They have been accused of murdering Alex, a rowdy sheeter, on September 10.
According to the police, Saravana was nursing a grudge against Alex over several issues and had hatched a conspiracy to murder him. He had roped in six others for the job. On September 10 night, the assailants followed Alex, who was going on a two-wheeler. They rammed their vehicle into Alex’s bike and as he fell down, they attacked him with lethal weapons and murdered him.
The HAL police had formed special teams to crack the case and nabbed three of the accused. “The accused Saravana confessed to the murder conspiracy, as there were several differences between him and Alex. Efforts are on to nab the four other accused, who are absconding,” the police added.
