TSPSC candidate held on suspicion of malpractice

Hyderabad: The police in Siddipet took into custody a candidate for leaving the Group-1 exam centre early, on Sunday. The cops were on high alert, following the question paper leaks that hit the SSC and Intermediate exams as well as the recruitment tests of the TSPSC.

Sources said the candidate, Prashant, had made a mistake will filling his hall ticket number on his OMR sheet. Thinking that his exam had gone waste, he allegedly walked out of the exam centre.

However, he was detained by the cops outside the centre on suspicion of malpractice as he was trying to leave the place early. The suspicion was that he could be part of a plot to leak the question paper.

Whether or not the candidate carried the question paper with him outside the centre is yet to be clarified. According to last reports, police was questioning him.
