Hyderabad: CBI report on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy probe end sought
Justice B. Siva Sankara Rao extended the interim orders while hearing three separate petitions filed by Jagathi Publications.
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court on Monday asked counsel for Jagathi Publication for the memo of the CBI, which was filed in 2013 before the trial court, admitting that the investigation in the illegal investments case of YSRC president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy was complete.
Justice B. Siva Sankara Rao extended the interim orders while hearing three separate petitions filed by Jagathi Publications challenging the dismissal of their petitions by a CBI special court seeking combined trial of the cases.
