Chennai: The Chennai police on Thursday arrested a call centre employee in connection with a murder following a road rage incident in Kodungaiyur on Wednesday. The arrested man was identified as Satheesh of Rekha Nagar in Kodungaiyur.
He had alleged beaten to death A. Sekar, 54, a grocery shop owner following a road rage incident. Sekar was riding his bike on Narayanasamy Garden Fifth Street when he collided with the bike of Satheesh. Sekar reportedly picked up a quarrel with Sathish following which the latter took a wooden reaper from the roadside and hit him to death.
