4 Officials Land in ACB Net in Separate Incidents

Adilabad: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) personnel on Wednesday arrested four officials in two separate incidents while taking bribes from the people for registering land and clearing the bills in the erstwhile Adilabad district on Wednesday.

The ABC personnel caught Kasipet Panchayat Raj AE Paramjyothi red-handedly while accepting a bribe of Rs 15,000 from Ramagoni Ashok Goud to clear the bills for works of ‘Kreeda Pranganam’ at the village in Mancherial district. Perkapalli Panchay secretary Veerababu is mediated in the case.

The officials arrested both. In another incident, ACB personnel caught Tahasildar M. Rajeshwari and deputy tahsildar Chinnaiah of Kadam when they were accepting a bribe of Rs 9,000 from one Rajanna of Maddipadaga for land registration work in Nirmal district.
