Visakhapatnam: A 34-year-old man was sentenced to four years imprisonment under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (Pocso) by a court in Vizianagaram on Thursday. The police said Vikram Yeshu, a native of Bobbili in the district, sexually assaulted a minor girl.
The police registered a case and filed a charge-sheet against Vikram. The court sentenced him to four-years imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 1,000 on him.
