Hyderabad: A drunk rowdysheeter who manhandled SR Nagar police personnel was arrested late on Thursday night.
SR Nagar inspector S. Murali Krishna said police received a call that Ganesh, the accused, had broken the glass of a car in front of Sarovar Bar at Balkampet at about 11 pm. When the police tried to pacify him, he attacked them. “They immediately took him into custody,” the inspector said. He was booked for wrongful restraint, destruction of property and criminal intimidation.
