Ballia (UP): A 10-year-old mentally challenged girl was allegedly raped by her teenage neighbour in Bilthara road area in Ballia, the police said on Wednesday.
The incident took place on Monday when the girl had gone to the fields and her neighour, a 16-year-old youth, raped her, they said.
An FIR in this regard was registered by the victim's father on Tuesday and the accused was also arrested.
