3 arrested for serving hookah, 15 pots seized
The raids were conducted based on credible information and the accused were found serving hookah by violating the COTP Act and the Hyderabad CP Act.
Hyderabad: Sleuths of task force west zone raided a hookah centre ‘Hyderabad 12’ in Banjara Hills and apprehended three persons for serving hookah.
Task force Inspector B.G. Mallu and team seized 15 sets of hookah pots, a swiping machine, four mobile phones and cash.
The three accused have been handed over to Banjara Hills police for further action.
