HYDERABAD: Panjagutta police initiated a probe to identify those who had smeared mud and covered the name of former chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on a plaque at Praja Bhavan (Pragati Bhavan) during the Praja Darbar on Friday. Panjagutta station house officer B. Durga Rao said police had initiated a suo motu after seeing the visuals on social media.
