HYDERABAD: A Belgium-based NRI complained to the police that he was robbed by an autorickshaw driver, Madhuranagar police said on Saturday. The NRI had asked the driver to take him to a foreign exchange centre. The driver allegedly drove the NRI to an isolated location where three persons joined him. Together they attacked the NRI, robbed Euro 1,200, his laptop bag and mobile phone and fled the scene. He claimed that he had come to Hyderabad to meet Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy at his Jubilee Hills residence, and was returning when the incident occurred.
