Hyderabad: Banjara Hills police arrested FNCC president K.S. Rama Rao and secretary Rajashekar Reddy. They were later released on station bail. Earlier, a case was registered against them for causing death through negligence (304 A) and for not taking permission for the construction of the building (461 (4) of GHMC Act), after an under construction portico extension collapsed killing two workers and injuring eight workers. The case also included engineer Sudhakar Rao, contractor Kondal Rao and mestri Balraj, who were earlier arrested and released on bail.
