ANANTAPUR: A 40-year-old man was beaten to death by his in-laws at Chinta Kommadinne mandal in Kadapa district in the wee hours on Monday. K. Sambaiah, who worked at the NTPC as labour, was living at his in-laws house with his two sons. Sambaiah's wife Sujatha was working in Kuwait as a house maid. Addicted to alcohol, Sambaiah would quarrel with his in-laws frequently. On Monday night, he picked up a quarrel again and went to sleep outside the house after sometime. His in-laws beat him with a hammer and killed him. The Chinta Kommadinne police registered a case and arrested the in-laws.
