Hyderabad: A 22-year-old biker was killed in an accident after his vehicle rammed into a truck coming from the opposite direction near Petbasheerabad on Monday.
The victim identified as Durga Ganesh was on his way to office when the incident took place.
According to the police, Ganesh was heading towards Dulapally via Bahadurpally village. When he reached the Forest Academy area, he tried to overtake a vehicle ahead without noticing a truck which is coming from the opposite direction and rammed onto it. As he was riding at a high speed, he got flung in the air and landed a few metres away from his bike. As a result, he sustained to head injury and died on the spot.
Police registered an accidental death case and handed over the body to the family after postmortem.
