AHTU, Attapur police raid brothel, rescue 6 girls

Hyderabad: Attapur police along with the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) Team raided a brothel in a posh locality of Attapur area, rescued six women and arrested two organisers of the brothel.

Based on the AHTU’s information, the police team along with the AHTU conducted a raid late on Tuesday night. According to the police, Syed Imran
and Abassi of Old City were secretly organising a brothel in a rented house.

The accused who managed to lure six young women were caught red-handed with the victims and booked under Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act.

The police along with AHTU seized six mobile phones and cash from the brothel and sent the victims to a rehab, police said.
