Hyderabad: In another selfie-related accident, a couple sustained injuries at Gandipet on Tuesday. The incident occurred when the couple climbed atop of a hillock to click pictures and slipped and sustained injuries. They were rushed to a nearby hospital and are said to be out of danger now. Priyanka, 22, from Nizamabad district and Nagaraju, 21, from Mahabubnagar district are working in a supermarket in Tolichowki area.
According to sources, the hillock, which is located at the Snehitha hills in Peeramcheruvu village under Gandipet mandal, is a popular hangout. Covered with green lush foliage, the hill attracts people from the surrounding areas. Others who were present during the time of the accident noticed them falling and rushed them to a hospital. No case has been registered.
