Bengaluru: A depressed 27-year-old IT professional hanged herself from the ceiling fan of her room at her house in Koramangala 4th Block on Saturday. The police recovered a suicide note, which read that no one is responsible for her death.
Radha, who hailed from Kanpur, came to the city four years ago and was working at a private company in Koramangala. The incident came to light after her domestic help came to work. There was no answer for repeated knocks on the door and the maid peeped through the window to find Radha hanging from the ceiling.
She immediately alerted the police, who rushed to the spot and shifted the body to St John’s Hospital for the postmortem. The police are waiting for her parents to reach the city. A case of unnatural death is registered in this connection.
