Hyderabad: Clerk held for forging sign of medical officer

Police said Tharigoppula Bal Narsaiah, a clerk at the Venkata Sai School of Nursing, forged signatures of the previous previous principal Jyothi, deputy director (nursing) and the DME and signed original diploma certificates of nursing under the instruction of Thupakula Bala Rangam, director of the nursing school.

Hyderabad: The Sultan Bazaar police nabbed a college clerk for  forging the signature of the director, medical education (DME) and is on the lookout for  a college director.

Police said Tharigoppula Bal Narsaiah, a clerk at the Venkata Sai School of Nursing, forged signatures of the previous previous principal Jyothi, deputy director (nursing) and the DME and signed original diploma certificates of nursing under the instruction of Thupakula Bala Rangam, director of the nursing school.

 

The forged certificates were handed over to students who cleared their examination. The sleuths of Sultan Bazaar police arrested Bal Narsaiah, while Bala Rangam is absconding.
