Vijayawada: TD corporator Gundarapu Hari Babu, floor leader in the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, was arrested by One-Town police here on Monday for attacking a home guard. Home guard Nagaraju had stopped the corporator when he was trying to ride on a two-wheeler from the Durga temple to Kummarivaripalem centre, where vehicles are barred.
