Bengaluru: A realtor has filed a complaint with the HAL police that a businessman threatened him at gunpoint and also fired a round in the air in the melee. The alleged incident took place at ISRO Gate on Old Airport Road on Saturday.
The complainant, Karthik Reddy, 38, a realtor and a resident of Mahadevapura, has stated that he was on his way home in his car on Saturday evening when three people in another car – Amruth Reddy, Nishwant Reddy and their gunman – stopped him. The gunman allegedly pointed a revolver at his head and threatened to shoot him down. Karthik reportedly pushed him and in the melee, the gunman fired a bullet in the air. Soon after, the trio escaped.
“The complainant has claimed that he and Nishwant Reddy were running a business in partnership and there was some dispute. We are verifying the facts,”
