Woman kills alcoholic husband in Telangana
Sources stated that Thirumala took the help of her daughter and her sister to kill her husband.

Karimnagar: A 45-year-old man was killed by his wife for allegedly harassing her and their daughter after drinking liquor at Narsingapur village on Saturday night. The incident came to light when relatives of the deceased lodged a complaint with the police on Sunday. The deceased, Ramula Sampath, was a daily wage labourer. The accused is his wife Thirumala.
Veenavanka assistant SI D. Deva Reddy said that Thirumala hit her husband’s head with a large stone killing him on the spot. She killed her husband as he had been harassing her and was trying to sexually assault her 16-year-old daughter after getting drunk, he added.
Sources stated that Thirumala took the help of her daughter and her sister to kill her husband. Hailing from Kannur Sampath got married to Thirumala around 17 years ago.
They came to Narsingapur in search of jobs four years back. He has two children. Following a complaint from Sampath's sibling Veeraswamy, police registered a case against the woman and began probing the murder. The body was shifted to Jammikunta for postmortem.
